💵 Pay & Benefits

·         $16/hr training → $600–$900 weekly after training

·         Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

·         Company vehicles & equipment provided

·         Performance-based raises & bonuses

🧹 What You’ll Do

·         Clean windows and exteriors for residential & commercial properties

·         Work safely on ladders and with equipment

·         Follow structured systems to deliver consistent results

·         Keep job sites and vehicles organized

·         Support your team and represent the company professionally

✅ Basic Requirements

·         Driver’s license & reliable transportation

·         Lift 50+ lbs, comfortable at heights

·         Physically fit for outdoor work in varying weather

·         Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
